The gates opened to a magical place with a carousel dancing, a matcha bar, and a puppy ring bearer! An enchanted theme wedding in the middle of a desert.
This is our last post in LA. We were in LA mainly for two occasions. I had a board meeting with InsideOutWriters (IOW) and we had a wedding a few days later. IOW is a non-profit that supports the reduction of juvenile recidivism by providing services for currently and formerly incarcerated youth and young adults. I’ve been with the organization for over 7 years serving as a mentor, and now, a board member. The second occasion was our close friend’s wedding, Cassey and Sam.
I wore this dress to the wedding. It was a black tie event with the theme Enchanted Oasis in Palm Springs. The bride wanted us to dress with a touch of whimsy and requested for long gowns only. This dress was incredibly fitting for the occasion.
A fluted hem with cascading ruffles, sheer gathered layers throughout, and an off the shoulder neckline, this floor length gown is a beauty! It’s a sweet stand out piece for black tie events, special occasions, and upcoming holiday parties. If you have more weddings to go to this year, I hope the edit below is helpful!
